West Harrison WSC is a member-owned, non-profit corporation formed and incorporated in 1991 for the purpose of providing potable water service to customers in the Hallsville area of Harrison County. We are a proud member of the Texas Rural Water Association.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The office is closed on Friday.
