Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. This rate structure was approved by the Board of Directors on October 18, 2018 and will be reflected beginning with bills due February 10, 2019. All charges incur a .5% TCEQ assessment fee.
Water meters are read monthly, between the 15th - 20th and bills are mailed out between the 25th and the 27th. If you have not received your bill by the 1st or 2nd day of the month, please contact our office to obtain your account balance. Failure to receive a bill does not relieve the owner of the consequences of non-payment.
All bills are due by the 10th day of each month. Payments not received by the due date are considered late and a 10% penalty will be added. Late notice cards will be mailed after the 10th giving an additional 10 days for payment to be made before the disconnect date. If payment is not received before the disconnect date, your meter will be locked.
There is a $50.00 fee to unlock the meter. The past due balance as well as the unlock fee MUST be paid before the meter can be unlocked. You may pay at the office or through PSN either online or by calling 1-877-390-7368. The amount due shown on PSN does not Include the unlock fee. You must add the unlock fee to the past due balance to get the meter unlocked. Payment must be made BEFORE 4:00 p.m. in order to get the meter unlocked the same day. No after-hours reconnections will be made.

This rate is for a standard 5/8" x 3/4 " meter. Please call for pricing information on larger meters.
